I would be tempted to strip the faulty hand pump, chances are it uses standard seals available for a few quid, not much to lose in trying as can send it to manufacturer to refurb or buy their seals as a backup. Though I am Scot....deep pockets and short arms

Seen that done at a few places , Few hundred for the OEM seal kit or strip pump and take some measurements of the seals and order in for maybe a few notes

Or I think a few companies you can send off all the old seals and they'll make an exact copy seal kit that you can order whenever needed for far less than OEM IIRC

Press just done it's first job 22ton to get this shaft out. Broke some sort of ring in the gearbox, they've gotta replace some gears anyway.

Press now fixed. There was all really congealed oil in the bottom blocking the gauze. I've drained the oil, split the pump and cleaned it. Pick new ISO 32 oil up in the morning but I quickly tested with 46 and it works 10x better. We will see how good it is with new oil of the right weight.

So the gauge is ⅜" BSP as far as I can tell.

it's 0.652", 19tpi and parallel thread.

⅜" BSP gauge required. 4500PSI OR HIGHER. Don't mind spending a bit more for quality. Up to £50-60.

anyone find anything before I have to start finding adapters to use a ½" gauge?
