Yes, hose clip onto bottom of intercooler was fitted in such a way it was impossible to get onto it from below hence bumper removal. Not difficult just a bit more hassle for something which should have been easy. Top hose blew off when I took it for a test drive, obviously hadn't tightened it enough. All sorted now ✌Had mine blow off once or twice, new good jubilee clip sorted it. I could get at both clips from underneath, was yours in a daft place?

had to get most out with a kango hammer then shotblast and paint it . its come up like brand new again i lent a mate it and said i want it to come back without a spec of cement on it and told him to clean behind the paddles . it came back mint as it went out
