If duct tape doesn't cure it your not using enough duct tape.Correct, but you can quieten it down a lot.

fixed a cracked hard pipe on the hydraulics on this today for a neighbour, he was desperate to get it loading bales tonight

Then made myself ill by letting a mate loose in the workshop so he could make a total balls up of repairing a couple of digger buckets. Complete waste of gas and mig wire

Dragged my High-Tech Toolpost Grinder from it's secure storage (hook on the wall) and began grinding one hundredth millionth from this bush. All cobblers of course, it's a lash up that has been a get-out-of-jail-free card I have played a number of times. Worked again, must get a proper one sometime, maybe:

just what i wanted .had to water a load of grass i sown 5 weeks ago every nite with no rain apart from 2 days 
apart from that fixed 4 large mirrors on walls at a job im doing electrical work at 
i dont mind getting a good rate for it

Fixed SWMBO`s horsebox headlamp in exchange for not being turned to stone and being allowed to sleep with both eyes shut for at least one night.
Goons with tractors smashed it pulling stuck horseboxes out of a showground, £250 worth of headlamp later

The OE used to do a replacement glass, I guess that has stopped now?

They may do just the glass, I ordered the headlamp unit fron Scania and it was thrown over the gate about an hour later

Replaced intercooler hose on my Freelander 2 after limp mode reared its head on the motorway on Saturday. Had to take entire front end off to get at it though.

Had mine blow off once or twice, new good jubilee clip sorted it. I could get at both clips from underneath, was yours in a daft place?
