Would something like this venting outside be an option?
I use something similar on my CO2 laser cutter to get the smoke and fumes outside. Works pretty well.
The flexible hose is pretty cheap just need a cheapo magnetic dti mount to get it near the source?

That would make a good group buy for3 or 4 users quite close who could collect 5 litres. As its 65-1 dilution splitting it into half would probably be overkill.
I purchased 20 litres from some one on here. Possibly was fizzy ...which is a bit ironic . I seem to remermber it was an unpaid delivery consignment.
Anyway I have been using that stuff (where ever it came from) in a dark blue container but its pretty smokey. I seem to remember @doubleboost using something recently and that was pretty smokey.

I think about 50:1 is probably ideal for milling and turning but even then the 20l would make 1000l of coolant, so works out a cheap coolant. It also seems very nice, no sticky residue and the translucent green makes seeing the parts on the CNC mill very easy.

I never dispose of it as such. The water evaporates and I top up with water and then after a few times I need to top up with mix to keep the concentration right.
The stuff I do lose is on parts , my hands etc
The only time I actually dispose of coolant is when I change types such as going from the milky type I used before to the Rocol I use now, then I just put in the waste oil bin at the harbour but I think I have only done that a couple of times.
I was looking at using one of these but as I need air to power the drawbar airtool I suppose its just as easy...in fact probably easier as I need a 12 volt power suppy.
To use one of these instead.

But is it better than the smoke from the cutting fluid?
I assume if the nozzle was changed to a conventional one and air regulated it would not mist but become a small white water type flow?
