MSC but as said it was on special, might be on special next month.I just googled it mate. Where is yours from?
Less than £90 from an engineers supply place nearby for 20 litres. Try buying this: https://www.rocol.com/products/ultracut-550 for less than £90 for 5 litres! AND you don't dilute it![]()

That would make a good group buy for3 or 4 users quite close who could collect 5 litres. As its 65-1 dilution splitting it into half would probably be overkill.Tell a lie, it is on special this month but it has gone up £5 since I last bought.
If buying use the code ADVFREE and you should get the carriage free.

Can you use it in a mist system?I think about 50:1 is probably ideal for milling and turning but even then the 20l would make 1000l of coolant, so works out a cheap coolant. It also seems very nice, no sticky residue and the translucent green makes seeing the parts on the CNC mill very easy.
Here is what it looks like.
I don't have one but no reason why not.Can you use it in a mist system?
what a beast. No wonder you treat it to Rocol.I think about 50:1 is probably ideal for milling and turning but even then the 20l would make 1000l of coolant, so works out a cheap coolant. I never dispose of it as such. The water evaporates and I top up with water and then after a few times I need to top up with mix to keep the concentration right.Who are people using to get rid of their coolant? To be honest I drain into a 25 litre drum and let the water evaporate, then chuck the oil in with the waste oil.
I have always thought that too Brad. You see all the YouTube machinist using them but I wouldn't!Really bad for your health. Aerosolise the cutting fluid. You then breath it in
But is it better than the smoke from the cutting fluid?Really bad for your health. Aerosolise the cutting fluid. You then breath it in
