H07 would be a good choice for a flexible cable if it can be kept fairly out of the way so it won't be damaged.
The Titanex that Milo recommends is excellent, top quality stuff.

Otherwise I would use SWA if it is going to be in place for a long time.
SY isn't approved, it gets used, but it shouldn't be really.
Get a decent plug too, some of the cheap ones are just utter ****e and the cable clamps snap off.
