big red are great and easy to deal with , I have had rebuild kits from them and they really know their stuff when you need to chat to some one on the phone. my RS6 calipers were an odd ball and to them it was no hassle parts in the post next day and at great prices .I'd take it off and soak in citric acid as previously suggested...this might also help with the bleed nipple too as it'll remove the rust. You can buy citric acid really cheap...and it's amazing how well it deals with rust.
I did a set recently and they came up really nice...will try to find the post.
Geez I did them 3 years ago!!!...came out good with citric acid and some basic tools (wire brush) + rebuild kit. Think I got the kit from big red maybe...
MR2 MK2 sill repair - cheap panel!
Yea I tend to agree...I think the piston has probably corroded slightly and is sticking. Easy enough to just remove and clean it up...of course it's even easier to drive it around for a few weeks in the hope it goes away on its own :whistle:www.mig-welding.co.uk

....it turned into quite a job that one...a lot of foul language as I had bought the parts a few months previously! In my loft there is a nice new pair of undersized v70 discs....one day I might have use for them
...they are next to the v70 front suspension arms....which don't fit an XC70 (who knew!)
