A genuine WD magneto bearing puller, for use not show, have a pair of condensers to replace, worth £30.00 to me,

in use today, 194 G3L died last week, on the way to Bert's funeral! needs a little love, had it on the road for a great many years, no valve clearance , magneto bearings noisy and I hope just the condenser has failed, cam bearings in the crankcase were sloppy when I built the bike up, not got any better over the years, only noticed them at the last second but need the bike on the road so thought I would replace them the following month, and that was 21 years ago, that was also when I last set the valve clearances I have used it a lot over the years, general hack, winter bike, shopping bike at Le Mans for many years, paddock bike at SPA, many rallies, and covid shopping trips.




and off topic but took this at the Revival, I was there with the G3L, this is a mates Norton Big 4 with sidecar wheel drive. we all had a smile

If you wash them the leather becomes dried out, I put them on the line then tumble them on cool to soften them back up. Not as good as new but get you by.

A replacement camera for the tiny digital job I've been using and failing with for years (no viewfinder and held at arms length to see what I'm shooting and a 1 in 10 properly-focused success rate). The replacement is a Canon PowerShot A710IS with an optical viewfinder so hopefully camera shake will be a thing of the past. Not the ultimate in cameras but it should be more than good enough for my needs.

But even so,

Why would you want an electric hob in a camper?
Surely gas is cheaper?

Today i got a gold plated jaguar emblem from a box of a sadly departed neighbours bits he collected in his 90 years, also got a pump up Osatu spray bottle for WD40 as the ones supplied seem to last a few weeks.

I bought a Jaguar bonnet mascot a couple of decades ago and fitted it to the top of a bit of hardwood, Came across it in the garage a few days ago with a very dull grey finish so I got it on the buffer!!

My old man had two of them mounted to a base and with a table lamp was nice He may even still have some where , he's still got his 68 jag a nice 420 s type . he's the second owner from new and we always joked he'd get rid of our mum first ,but she ended up getting rid of him !
