Prices seem to vary wildly, but this was the best price for me. Some of the ones advertised on ebay are almost double the price for exactly the same thing

.No idea, but I had one in a wagon I used to drive a few years back, albeit running on 24 volts, and there were never any issues with the batteries.
My intention is to fit one or possibly two leisure batteries in the van, wired up to a split charger from the alternator, and hook the fridge to them. That should avoid any problems with the engine battery.
They call it 4K because that’s what it costs you after you final payment! Now they have up’d it to 5g!

Yesterday I was helping a friend grab some stuff he won on B-eay.
I was waiting has he did the deed for pictures of the queen. I asked if I could have some items from their skip.
I was told.
"Help your self. Skip space cost money."
This was what I got. I did go back with some choccy biccies.
6mm Router. |Does work, but the cable is damaged. So the PAT person cut the plug off.
Came with a bolt on Router plate as well.
Quick test tells me it should work.
If it does It will go to people or person who will make more use than I.
But this was the nice bit.
Draper Made Beam winch.
It does work, it is unused but covered in paint dust.
I got both brackets as well.
The controller has some sticky dust on it, the E stop works. Easy to operate. The Direction switch is stiff.
This has already been offered to a friend to replace his manual lift for his wire wheels chairs and other items.

otherhalf father had one of them given him as some one unwired it in the motor area he asked me if i can have a look after a quick look i spoted the wires are numbered so a quick rewire and put a new power cable in its gone back to lift a roof of a hard top car

I saw these frames on Facebook Marketplace and fancied my luck getting them and did - I had ideas of making a small workbench in place of the sewing machine, however...
It’s a child’s one! And it’s missing the treadle but I can probably make something up. I’ll get the bits blasted and repaint them and make some wood up. It would be ideal to find one of those children’s sewing machines, but they’re rather pricey. We shall see...

They're wonderful. I had a bottle of the 21 year old Springbank when I was much, much younger and it was simply divine. They were about 50 quid a bottle then, which felt like a lot of money at the time. They cost a few hundred quid now!Not tried those yet, but they are on my wish list ..............................

I was out - visiting mrsegg - as it was booked for tomorrow.
Luckily my 80y/o mother was in to help unload.

Just laid out on concrete. No scale indicators. It’s not what I wanted but I’ve only gone and spent a few hours researching sewing machines... odds on it’ll get kept

There are so many good ones out there in the £30 - £50 range (inc offers) these days, I think we're spoiled for choice. If you move slightly above that range, there are some really good ones
Having said that, I'm no whisky snob and I'll give any whisky chance
