Norbert is a fool, but mostly harmless. Does many foolish things, but he is a friend.

Dan is a total Knob.
A dangerous person who thinks his is the only way. I
He thinks that as he is good at everything everyone else is dumb.

He thinks because he done it before and no one said anything it is right.

Dan is no longer to be talked about.

I may of made it to light humour and funny, but I am livid with rage what he has done.

Was invited back to help the MIS to re open after lock down.
He knew better and did more work. Trying to curry favour with the MIS.

He now has thrown his toys out of the playpen and stomped off home.

I was asked back to give fire and other technical information.

A stainless ISI cream whipper (With a spare head for some reason). Wanted one for years to try out all that masterchef foam crap. Best of all, I don't have to buy the canisters because I live with morons who already buy them to huff it.

Will need to figure out how they come apart, probably give them a dunk in the ultrasound and replace the seals too.

Haven't seen an ice cream whipper before. I've always liked to stir normal ice cream with a spoon until it's like the soft serve at McDonalds, but I can see how a whipper could save a lot of effort. Is there a Brand name on the whipper ? I would like to get one for sure.

Speaking of ice cream, about a year ago there was a review on YouTube by this funny guy whose channel is called Crazy Russian Hacker. He talked about a variety of ice cream scoops, one of which was pistol shape design specifically for ice cream cone use. I remember them being used at the ice cream counter's at Thrifty Drug Stores when I was a kid. After watching the video I concluded they were still available and tried to find one online but haven't been successful, couldn't find one on Amazon or Ebay either. The guy in the video didn't think he pistol design was good, but then he didn't realize that you have to momentarily dip the tool in warm water for it to function properly. I would really like to get one of these if anyone knows of a source ?

I think you misread. ISI is the brand, it's just a cream whipper but being stainless you can safely get it hot or cold, ice cream hadn't actually crossed my mind but I'll look into that, I've never heard of a method for homemade proper soft serve ice cream.
