The cutter is sharp, I guess it was brought and never used.

I have put a new cable on, new plug and tested it. Heats up a treat.
The MOD stores number is just about visible.

This item was got for one reason and one reason only.

I got the De-ionised water from a local Car components place. Under £6 for 10lts.




Old fashioned garden sprayer. I think it may need a new washer, but we will have to see.


I have given it a good rub and it should polish up a treat.


Pipe soldering iron.
Heats up, but doesn't seam to get as hot as I think it should.
But the heads and various parts connected to the heads are very rusted.

We will clean them up and test when we can.

Should allow me to start using it in anger soon.

Yesterday I got a No5 blade and cap iron, I was told it was for a No51/2. Today I took it back and got the correct blade and cap iron.

Today I acquired 6 pair of ultra slim readers for 49 pence each at ALDI.
They include a hard plastic case which is about 13mm thick by 40mm wide and 145mm long.

Still have some left in the shed. Lasted me 5years of oak trim and threshold strips
