That's what I like about the old reference books, their pages are like waxy or something so generally they don't get stained.

You've clearly not tried getting Kevlar bead tyres on and off Araya RM17 rims...

Dunno about the rims you mention but I've definitely changed Kevlar bead tyres with just my hands, my mate had some Mavic rims that were hard work but a bit of soap always did the trick.

Presto, starrett etc used to do charts with tapping drill sizes, cutting speeds and all those handy bits of info. I think they used to give them away, i remember getting a load of them at work, but didn't have anywhere to put them up really.
