What I do find strange is that almost everybody on here recommends 1-2 litres per minute as enough flow, whereas Binzel themselves recoomend 3-4.5 litres a minute.
I always ran my 20 and my 260 at 4 or so litres a minute return flow, and they hold up well.

.95 lpm is quite an acceptable flow rate.I'd be extremely interested to see your flow meters and pumps etc. When I looked at flow rates for typical water cooled torches I got a number in the ludicrous units of quarts per minute (only the Americans...). It turned out to be about 0.95 litres per minute.
