What is it first but it looks like cacky ali which will be a pain to weld.
It's a piece of carb being photographed on his wife's very best tablecloth.
I do not if I did I would be a happy boy will they work I tried a epoxy that I was told will work but after a a few months it broke off agen because it has a spring washer that puts pressure on itCould you use one of those low temp Ali welding rods with a plumbers torch. I used one when my Ali water pump lug snapped off....still going strong. I think they have a high tin content...they stick to copper and Ali but not steel.
Am assuming you don't have an Ali setup lying around of course!
You see the 3rd picture at the top there is a gap that is where it has brokenDifficult to see exactly what has broken where. My first thought is there's plenty of meat to re manufacture a part you could thread into the body.
Right I'll clean it and take it too the shop tomorrow and see what they sayI've repaired similar items many times, as long as it is aluminium it will tig weld, some go well others are more challenging but I've never had one beat me yet, you will need to get it clean, make sure that you rid of all trace of the epoxy and if possible get it ultra sonic cleaned, then vee it out a bit to give the weld somewhere to go and nail it, use a 4043 filler rod
