Try getting qualified & authorised unless you are a DNO employee, from a metering company or say for example a local authority street lighting employee.
Or, you are an authorised contractor to the DNO.
I've tried as I do work for the local health board that requires total disconnections of supply @ patients homes, no chance, no matter what.
