It is a lower-power version of the 200A Rohr/BlackLine, which is mentioned and reviewed on here.
I still think your Tradesmig is fixable. You could start by unplugging and removing the PCB to check for dry soldered joints or corrosion.

I do not see any mention of it having a stud welding function?
This Forum thread discusses welding studs or washers for dent pulling:
Has anyone found a kit to use it as a stud welder for dent pulling. I could buy a cheap stud welder but I don't think it'll last very long, and don't do enough of it (hobby) to buy a new one.
My current workaround method is to tack weld nails to the dented area, and pull them using a split end on the slide hammer, or clamp with big mole grips and pull the mole grips with a hook.
It's slow and laborious, but it sort of works. I'd like to find a quicker method.
I've seen the Eastwood and Sealey parts, but don't think they'll fit a Euro Torch. Does...
Thank you for the photos of your PCB. It looks fine, no sign of corrosion and the solder side looks good and shiny. So again, the fault could be in the front panel controls, or the wiring. I will look at the general layout wiring diagram that I linked to in Post #15 and suggest some troubleshooting steps.
