Thanks Ed, now that sounds like a solid welding machine.Hi Jack, mine is a Miller Auto Invision 456P, it is a large inverter welder designed for a robotic line, It was a used welder when I bought it, then I had the programmable circuit board disconnected which turned it into a basic MIG, so it doesn't have any of the bells and whistles anymore, so now just voltage, wire speed, gas purge and wire inch feed, all of which is controlled by the Miller S-62 wirefeeder which I converted to a 4 roller feed from a 2 roller feeder, so nothing fancy on the welder now but it is just a solid work horse, not too great on light metal less than 1mm (0.6mm wire) but absolutely no problems with heavier metal plate which is the majority of the stuff I weld.
