Im not at work on this project, so lets try and make this happen and just have fun, whats the worst that can go wrong?

No no no, you're looking at this all wrong, don't think of an explosion as a bad thing, if we slightly re model the surrounding area you could be in a prime location to market your property with new enhanced sea views.

I'm only kidding mate.

You could wire saw those masts off no problem but there are huge logistical problems involved. For instance you could only access the masts at low tide to set the saw but that would preclude getting in there with a handy vessel like a multi cat as it would be too close to the superstructure. You'd have to have a decent crane barge/jack leg barge with twin hooks - one for the manrider the other for the mast itself.

I'd pop down there and lop them off for them if someone else sorted out the other bits

It'll literally cut through just about anything. Rusty masts would be a bit of a challenge TBH as they will tend to twist and trap the wire mid-cut. The steel pile in the second pic is full of concrete which poses no real problem but an empty one is going to be nothing but trouble and a rusted out one even worse.

I reckon it'll end up getting done with a robotic water jet cutter.

Yes to that. I don't think you'd want heat generating metal tools anywhere near it. i'd also use a huge inflatable support to stop the cutaway from falling onto the hull.
