They do.Do they not need a chamfer on both sides of the teeth? It would need another machine after the laser cutter.
If you want to make dxfs for cutting, there is a free program called Sprocketeer that will do it.
I’ve often wondered about using that program to make rear spockets then chamfering the edges on a lathe. Motocross racers use one per session anyway or thereabouts so long life isn’t a factor.
Most of the boys here use banggood for pads and sprockets. Cheap enough to be disposable etc. not sure what op is going to do with the bike but if it’s something like motocross then cutting them maybe an option
