Does not matter if its a front although i have never come across a 20T front....its to become a rear sprocket for a kart build20T, so it’s a front sprocket. What is it for? Will look at my catalogue tomorrow when I know make, model and year.

Talon are very much going still.I had a 20T front on my turbo bike. Yielded a top speed of about 235mph IIRC.
Talon will make any sprocket you want, or at least they would back in the day I don't even know if they are still going.
Can't imagine you'd get the surface finish required. Still need the teeth hardening if you want it to last any time.How Accurate are sprockets? Always wondered about laser cutting?
