Who makes motorcycle sprockets

Where could i get a 20T sprocket in 520P? having trouble finding one, does anyone know something i don't?

Does not matter if its a front although i have never come across a 20T front....its to become a rear sprocket for a kart build

HPC gears? Don’t know if they would have that in stock but they always seem to have a good selection

Talon also do custom sprockets, they're down Devon way IIRC.

Talon will make any sprocket you want, or at least they would back in the day I don't even know if they are still going.

Can't imagine you'd get the surface finish required. Still need the teeth hardening if you want it to last any time.

JT sprockets might make one and likely the cheapest if you can find a part number to put into ebay. Found them helpful when I asked about some for the cbr250rr.

Do they not need a chamfer on both sides of the teeth? It would need another machine after the laser cutter.

If you want to make dxfs for cutting, there is a free program called Sprocketeer that will do it.
