There's two brassy screws and one steel or galv with a machine thread. I reckon the steel one should go into an insert in the cover rather than into the clampNo, that screw is still there if you look closely. Near the end of the neutral/blue insulation .
Maybe it's been wired like this for some nefarious reason . . . . .
