Yes, I know it's Silverline! Made under many names. My brother first bought me one back years ago from the States. Far less bulky than the "normal" Stanley. My goto for electrical work.

If you are thinking of the Titan with Yellow Sheath, you can still buy 'em.

You would have cut miles of felt and membrane with a Stanley Knife.

Ah it's a propriety blade, thanks hadn't realised that,--still want one.

It has a little square hole on the top of the blade I’m assuming to secure it in the different positions.
I’m still on the original blade, it comes with one fitted and 5 spare, I’ve used to remove the silicone and scrape it off tiles and grout yet still sharp enough to slice cardboard boxes up.

+1 or rather 2 for the Milwaukee folding knives & for the retractable Stanley style I've always preferred the chunkier Irwin ones.
Fixed blade Stanley knives are the work of the devil & anyone who puts an unprotected blade in a box or a bag or van door pocket - A VAN DOOR POCKET!! Deserves what's inevitably coming their way dammit

Milwaukee fastback. Have three or so. Blades never pull out plus they dont cut your lad off when u put it in your pocket.

Knives and flashlights you can never have too many; diffferent one for every purpose.

Yeah I deleted it, I realised it was a retractable one in a similar style body. Looks like they don't do the fixed blade one any more.
