Looks like “road plate"
Yeah, anything is possible when you have a few million quid spare.I'm sure I've seen that sort of plate on The Australian Armour and Artillery Museum chanel on You Tube on a German armoured car and I'm sure they said they could still order it but on that occasion they didn't have time to wait so they just fitted chequer plate.
Also, the OP's are depressed squares, not the small lines like in the "road plate" example (grooves)Please put both photos side by side. The original has square checkers (the corners are all 90 degrees). Your photo shows a rhombus (two angles less than 90 degrees and two angles greater than 90 degrees).
