Googled it and this is what I got.
a mucker who shovels waste material for removal from a mine.

Someone down the road from me had his Range Rover nicked overnight....put it on facebook......I wanted to post that he shouldnt worry as they wont go far in it........but I knew the easily offended would jump on me
