The steel was off for servicing the one where I worked, I was given the job of shovelling a foot of sludge & grot from the pit, yes they are dirty horrible places, even with the top off it wasn’t nice. When you look at the girders & steelworks underneath, you wouldn’t believe they could be accurate to within a pound or two.I well recall working under them, dirty horrible places...




			
 half the neighborhood came out to watch .
 reason being  they had no engines and gearboxes in them 
bed that was a laff getting a lean on 
].   It'll be sold to the public as "Public safety/anti-terror measures".   Cue 'hidden' pregnancies etc, but the software will detect 'unregistered' citizens and there'll be no end of questioning......
