Bit off topic but 50%+ of research by professional "intrusion testers" is net based intelligence before they even turn up for a recce. From small bits of net based info they scan every social media platform as well as other net based info resources to build up an approach, it's actually not that difficult but I wouldn't get too paranoid as an individual as long as you take obvious precautions.

The chaps I hire for work are nearly all ex army/police intel officers, they have so much plausible "front" once they get their story together it's a delight seeing them put it to work
But as said I would not get too paranoid as thieving brain dead scrotums usually go for for the obvious net based indiscretions - "I live here , look at all my gear"...

HaHa i am sure your right but i am not the one who is paranoid.. Talking of your details above i personally always try not to include street signs around my home based pics that are internet based and also exclude reg plates on bikes and cars but i am sure there will be somebody to try prove me wrong
