the end of the week has arrived also my day off so what were you guys and girls welding this week then? for me Monday was making a horse trap (what you sit in behind a horse bit like a cart) then tuesday - saturday 16" pipework for a powerstation in Kent.
I made a stand for holding a 30-grand machine which we are using to cut up part of a naval warship. I used our 3-phase industrial mig at work which I have to say is 100 times nicer to use than my 240V mig. I always struggle to get pretty welds with my home mig but the big machine gave me very pleasing results.
Thankfully nothing last week, hope for the same next week?? Does it count when I viewed a couple o lads running procedures for new aircraft carrier contract!!
