The Diamond discs I get from AliExpress have a bore size if 16mm
This won't work as standard on a M14 grinder.
The two options you have are getting an M10 griner or,
Buy an M14 to M10 adapter.
This is what I ended up doing.
You can kinda get it to work on an M14 but you have to centre the disc on the grinder manually.
It's easier to get the adapter.
If I was going to get a dedicated sharpener I'd get something like this.

It has a good angle range and a larger diameter disc then the smaller one.
But I'm not likely to do this anytime soon.

We go hand held on the bench grinder at work.
We don't care much about angles or grind striations directions or surface finish.
It works for the kind of works we do .
And TBH no-one is good at Tig welding at work .
We're not equipped for performing quality welds anyways .
Think about the fact that my bosses welds titanium pipes without internal shielding and in AC current .

I've bought a bench grinder on yesterday.
The seller proposed me a tungsten sharpening machine ,complete of everything even coolants bottles for 50 euros,we agreed that next month I come back to buy it .
I don't have any Tig welder yet but I can't let someone else to take this machine.
