thease are the bits I use, designed and built for steel fixers....... they are excellent....If your going to buy cobalt buy top end.... the cheep so called cobarts are Nasty, a good one could cost upto £25 for something like a M12 but god they last...
Just to add to fluffs, Iv seen a thumb Destroyed due to cheep drill bits, the bit exploded whilst tail stock drilling on the lathe, the shards embeded in his thumb to such a degree it could not be saved.......The other thing that I shuder at is useing emery cloth to polish spining parts, common practice it seem's by model enginners....
