Laycock 60 Ton
The third one is designed like many of the old professional ones that were made and sold here (but likely to a lower standard). I'd suggest buying a used hydraulic press but they do go for high prices, probably because the new ones aren't great.
I've seen that with 200 euro you can make a 30 ton hydraulic press and it's what I'm going to do once the workshop is builtThe prices really are disproportionately high for what you get, until you get into the 100+ ton region.
It's one of the few cases of a tool where it would probably make financial sense to make your own, even as a business.
Them hollow rams are brilliant, I have one I use all the time for truck spring eye bushes, downside is when the bush has no hole in it!If you get , the 3rd one, you can take pump of and use it , for other things. Like this hollow ram, for pulling, or pressing.View attachment 490382
