<of glyphosphate>
I have tried that, it kills the growth it is used on, but more grow, we hit them and more grow.
Yeah, I just rock up at my Farmers' Co-op and ask for it.You're supposed to have a license/certificate to be able to buy that stuff now, but there are ways round that if you know how.....
Glyphosate is in our food chain now ...so why worry ? We have it in our livers ,our grand children or our great grand children may develop a tolerance to it. ..
as long as there's something decent to take its placeIt is supposed to get broken down by soil microbes. It's license is subject to rule that herbicides should break down within 14 days. But this is not always true, especially it gets washed into surface water or used in excessive doses. Newer research throws doubt onto Monsanto breakdown claims, plus adds that it is a carcinogen. Although in our food chain, if we stopped using it then it would eventually diminish, which I think is a good thing

We are winning.
lost a few week plants, due to weed killer. The hardy ones are doing ok.
We have go to the point were it is rummaging through the plants lower leafs and pulling up the new shots of the bind weed.
The clear areas, we pull up, grub out as we find them.
It is a ongoing, but we are getting there.
Thanks for the advice fro the members
