What I broke today...........

Did the Mondeo rear discs and pads. When finished forgot to pump the pedal and instead pulled the handbrake on. Test drove and it felt like it was dragging, noisy too.

What have I likely done? Is it too much to hope it's just the splash shields rubbing the new discs?

over extended the mech. pads out, wind back fully, reassemble, pump out with the footbrake and see then.

Ah well! Had use of a ramp today but it'll be jacks and stands tomorrow. Silly mistake but other things on my mind.
