I will only weld it by the end of the week,the floor where it will sit is so uneven that I will do some adjustments if needed in place so today I just tacked it.
Tack welded with my small kemppi minarc, tube cuts made in my band saw and the triangles where cut from 140mmx8mm bar in a friend's hydraulic shear.
The plate on top is just sitting there for the picture, it will only be welded at the end. It's a wheel chair ramp for electric wheel chairs (they told that just the chair wheights about 180kg) it will be installed at a friends workplace to improve acessibility

BTW the triangles at the both ends of the ramp are two 8mm ones welded together so 16mm only the one in the middle is a single 8mm

Half pig sized BBQ, pig clamps in middle like a fish grill, pins come out and flips over, goes over an open fire 
Old band stands put to good use Oh has six sections of tube welded to ends and side so threaded bar can be used to clamp it all up, only one length of bar shown that's uncut.. run out of nuts

Having to weld some 1.5mm alloy sheet, forgot how f a s t the pool likes to move!!! Respect to you guys who do this well but I have to focus big time, also keep dipping my flipping tungsten today! Not so bad but as you all know it runs up the tungsten so each time I do that I have to chop 5mm or so off

This was the good side lol a little too much heat so slightly rippled the reverse side in a few places, oh well its done.

You need to horse in the filler.that fills up the fillet,cools things down,lets you travel slower
Needed a new rear silencer for the car but I wasn't happy with the welds on the pipes of the new one.
They have a dished appearance and look like there wasn't enough gas flow. The last one I fitted leaked in a few months due to the welds failing in the same place so I decided to weld this one properly before I fitted it.
After cleaning it up I gave it a coat of aluminium zinc primer before fitting it to the car.
Car is slightly quieter now - I only discovered the rotten silencer when investigating the rattle under the car. The centre section was completely broken off where it enters the back box but there was no excess noise and its a diesel car!
