I've yet to see an 'automatic' insulation cutter that will successfully strip outer sheath properly every time. Quite often they cut too deep, slicing the insulation of the wires inside.
I think this is due to cables having different thicknesses of outer insulation from standard.
I would recommend these however. Once you get them set for the cable you are using they make short work of stripping off the outer insulation. Spin it round the cable to cut the insulation, then pull it towards the end of the flex & it slices the insulation longways. I used to use a lot of H05 rubber flex, horrible to strip with any tool but this tool worked very well.
