That's what I was thinking, either that or the cutting paste is too coarse.You could try it as it is and see if you have trouble with it, if you're feeling tight. It's a gamble though.
It doesn't even look like valve seat material there, it looks like the head casting itself!
valve seat that dropped, had it replaced and the others chacked, head is all good and back on now. engine is running better than ever.@mr migwire

Id not be putting it in if you expect it to work daily , if its only a toy thats used 20 hours a year , no harm really .
