Make a giant wind vane out of it , build a big rudder to catch the wind, mount the propeller to the rudder an a cars wheel bearing you could have it mounted, rotating on a pole , fit a round pointy lamp on the nose of the prop...

It might be worth thousands but unless I had a buyer lined up it might not be the easiest thing to move on.
And I'm not sure I would ever be able to part with it once I had humped it back to my place...

I thought diameter was normally greater than pitch unless it's a fast/planing boat? It sounds unusual to say the least, and I'm wondering what vessel it was meant for.
Stainless is also unusual as most are obviously bronze.
