WOW. . What a workshop, half as good as that Jim and I would be ecstatic![]()
The floor must be extra Jim priced a couple of oversize checker plate sheets for a helicopter landing trailer![]()
if you were to put two say 10mtrs between and roof it in is that a permanant structure?
basically if its in place more than 28 days its not temporary,I seem to remember a mention of this before (and might have been in relation to trailers?) and basically, if it can be dismantled with spanners, it's temporary, if it needs cutting apart, it's permanent?
I might be wrong...
static caravans with decking/patios?basically if its in place more than 28 days its not temporary,
static caravans with decking/patios?
portacabins on building sites? (I'm thinking double stacked, with external staircases)
both more than 28 days on site, both counted as "temporary"?
not being argumentative for the sake of it, genuinely interested in the answer.
4 of them 40 ft,s cladded with timber on a bit of land and you have a nice home![]()
i thought it was more the bolted on/"temporary" decking which was more relevant.I always assumed static caravans had some sort of “temporary” license because of the wheels, otherwise I couldn’t see why you’d leave them on. Im interested in the answer too.
