The forum was set up for hobby welders so the members are probably not interested in professional grade kit designed to be used all day every day, there are other forums for professional welders
It's only taken 6 pages for you to realise that it's an amateur forum where people have different priorities and requirements for value for money.
I must say you catch on fast.
I think it's time to add another name to my ignore list.
Though I will miss laughing at your posts there is no excuse for being so rude and condescending.

I'm more than happy with my Speedglass, and I don't sell them or stand anything to gain from anyone buying one.
Sometimes people grab a bone and run with it on here and it does get a bit daft and out of hand.
Ironically I bought my Speedglass off the Snap-on van 25 years back so that should stir the pot lol.

Most here understand buying the best works out in the long term, no different to buying only snap on tools. What varies is budget, sometimes the best is out of reach.

With that problem, a welding helmet would be the least of your problems.
I am a big fan of quality, but money is hard to make and therefore it is often very difficult to justify the huge price difference between a tool or piece of equipment that works and the best money can buy.
My my miller is getting on a bit, and I do keep looking….but need to go somewhere that stocks a selection so I can try them.

As an aside, there’s nothing a speedglas will do for the average man in the shed that makes it worth crippling yourself over financially. They’re a heavy helmet for heavy use, not the occasional user. And that’s from a fan of them, I currently have a 9100 air fed for doing heavy work and some of the nastier stuff I weld like armour plate. My go to for tig and light mig is a Lincoln Viking 3350, much more comfortable for a full day of welding.
We used the cheaper parwelds at work, and if 50 odd spotty 16 year olds can’t trash them in a year, they can’t be that bad
