I've mounted plenty of two post lifts... Pilot test to see how deep concrete is.. 20mm para bolts.. No resin fixings..

What amazes me is after a few weeks use the nuts come loose, then need re-tight-ning on the parabolts. Its very common..

Two post lifts are only as safe as the concrete they are bolted to.

I do quite a bit of drilling and fixing in my job mainly automotive machinery some as big as 30 Ton.

Anyway Looking at the comments here personally i would go for M20 Studbar and chemfix or Ground Anchor bolts Using the ramp pad as a template, If using Chemfix you will need to blow all the dust from the holes before applying the chemfix a good airline would do this. This stuff goes off within the hour but i would leave it 24 hrs personally Also i would go 100mm into the floor or as close to that as you can.

Short time ago I was having an overhead conveyor system installed in our factory, it wasn't taking anywhere near the weight of the car but I still had the flooring dug out and concreted, downside to this is that the concrete will take a long time to go off. I have personally used chemical anchors loads and love them. Used to use them to bolt down dry cleaning and industrial washing machines that had 4ft diameter drums. Used to use M20 threaded rod cut into 200mm lengths and then chemically fixed using a two part epoxy like the one mentioned aboved. If going down this route make sure you don't get the epoxy mix on the threads above the plate, or between the floor and plate, it is near impossible to get the nut tightened down past any set epoxy. I have installed loads of machinery with stuff and have never had a problem yet.
