Hi, Folks.
I recently bought a second hand two post ramp, and I am going to have a go to get it up and running. I got the 20mm hole in the concrete floor to accomendate M12x40 anchor bolts(as shown in pic). The anchor bolt got 19mm head but the hole in the base plate is 30mm in diameter, so what is the best way to secure the base plate to the ground?
I was thinking to make up some sleeve/dowel, But Someone has told me just use bigger washer on top, and someone else said pour some concrete into the hole to fill up the gap. Is it safe enough?
The orange holes are for securing the baseplate to the concrete and the blue ones are for bolting the ramp to the baseplate.
What is your opinion on this? Any advise would be appreciated.
