tree officer is wrong in my eyes the tpo order was on 2 ash trees therefore should be replaced by ash treesAnd strictly go against the recommended species of the tree officer. That would be scandalous. Ash is prone to disease and not a recommended to plant anymore.
or that council tpo isnt fit for purpose if its protecting ash trees then ash trees should be replanted not another type of tree
