what i will do for my trailer when i get round to it is bolt a towball to the side of the house with some decent size rawlbolts then weld the heads to the hitch. you can put a padlock thru my hitch to lock it to the hitch, so it can be secured to the car or to the side of the house. it is also blocked in by a camper van that doesn't run, and a transit that doesn't run with a seized on handbrake. admittedly it is a tad inconvenient if i want to take the trailer out....
