Thanks for your reply.What it sounds like is happening is the euro connector or the torch is causing increased resistance in the circuit. Have you tried altering your settings? It may well be that the sweet spot is now a few amps higher or lower for the same voltage setting (i.e. increase or decrease your wire feed speed to see if the issue improves.
I tried what you suggested and I'm still having issue with my weldings.
I gave up and re-installed the original torch.
Perhaps, I could try installing the euro torch on a different machine in the future to see if I have the same issue. In that case, I will know it's definitely the torch.
