They're brilliant at what they do with all the lighting, starting, and control options etc and it's very much horses for courses, but personally I think unless you're going to use all the features then an M-Unit is overkill.I'll probably use one of the M units for the cafe racer, what are the options now? In the software world, a well-run team will elect an "Incident Manager" when we have a major incident / outage.In my last job there was a schedule on the clock:
2 mins - we had to be there
5 mins - supervisors
10 mins - maintenance manager
15 mins - production manager
30 mins - various site managers
The managers didn't contribute anything productive, just stood around giving grief to those below themif it went past an hour most of them would drift off leaving the maint to sort it.
