Do you set up at the show on Friday?

Yeah. Travel over in the morning, set up lunchtime onwards (usually interrupted by lots of chit chat, catching up etc) then off to the hotel to check in. Get back there for about 07:30 on the Saturday morning for a wander round and look at the displays before the doors open at 09:00.
There's always a load of really interesting stuff at that show. Custom and classic bikes obviously, but also custom cars and vans ('T' buckets and the like rather than Fast 'n' Furious) some real oddball creations, stunt shows etc.

Being pedantic, peanuts aren’t actually nuts, they are a legume like peas and beans.^ similar to "This product may contain nuts" on a packet of salted peanuts (I'd be disappointed if it didn't), "Take care - contents may be hot" on a cup of coffee from a takeaway (I'd be complaining if it wasn't hot)

Are you sure its not just for Suzuki owners, never had that on my LandoverI haven't noticed the warning on the end of oil filters before.
I'm now off for a quiet weep somewhere over how far humanity must have fallen for this to be necessary.

Land Rover owners don't need a warning like that. They're well aware that if the jack comes out the only place they can put it is under the axle or they'll need to get the welder out at the same time.

I haven't noticed the warning on the end of oil filters before.
I'm now off for a quiet weep somewhere over how far humanity must have fallen for this to be necessary.

A friend of MrsH got a puncture and took his 3500kg van into a tyre shop and they jacked it up under the engine sump, punching a hole through that and damaging the oil pickup, plus splitting the engine mountings, along with a few other items.

They should make some labels up the same and stick them on sumps. It's genuinely quite terrifying when you think about it. These people are allowed to go out unsupervised, operate machinery and breed.

Must be a problem for suzuki types, as that additional printing costs money - not just in the ink to do it, but the equipment to do it, the quality checks on it afterwards etc. And no manufacturer spends money without a reason.I haven't noticed the warning on the end of oil filters before.

I assume on a Suzuki, it must be somewhere close to the underside, meaning it can get jacked up on easily?

Only after you've removed the entire fairing.
The same warning is on Yamaha, Honda etc etc now too BTW. They seem to put it on the sides though.

Good luck with the show.Got to get my finger out to get the RF1000 presentable for Kickback Show in Malvern next weekend.
Engine mounts made pretty, change the filter so that the Racefit exhaust can go on allowing the rad and cooler to be bolted up.
