Tis a bit tiny for my needs . . We are looking at 3.5 m X 8 m construct with a polished concrete floor giving the max 28 sq. mtr. allowed without a planning permit
What advantage is that over using a decent tablet or ipad?Well, for better or worse today I pushed the boat out and ordered this:

Supernote Nomad
Discover Supernote Nomad, the most sustainable travel size e-notebook, fostering a balanced people-tech-environment relationship.supernote.com
It was that or the reMarkeable:

reMarkable 2
reMarkable - "Replace your notes and printed documents with a digital notebook that feels like paper."remarkable.com
or this:

Go Series

If I had gone for the reMarkeable it would have to be the latest "pro" model but the costs were climbing into eye watering territory and what I really want and need is good note organising and quick "sketch" capability, the Supernote fills that gap well I hope, the reMarkeable thing looks fantastic but it is just far too big I feel and something in my hands that would not survive the workshop.

This is a dedicated note taker/organiser a tablet or ipad isn't, the ,surface is designed to feel lke paper when writing or drawing. You get instant on_the_fly handwriting recognition, notes are organised as notes and there are a lot of features designed for only notes that a tablet just doesn't have, shape recognition in drawing for instance.
Its the start of Dementia I think for me - losing ones short term memory!

Learn how to meditate and contemplate your navel ..ie don't sweat the small stuff ... ever.No not at all, I looked into this, I spoke with a doctor and what he said makes sense. At this age our heads are crammed with information and what we need to do is get rid of some of the old carp in order to make room for the new rubbish. Please, when you work out how to do that, get back to me. Meanwhile I will make lists.

We had a bodykit to rivet on and in practicing on an old car door it was pretty much impossible. Bought a cheap air one and it's like stapling cardboard. Worth it for one job really.Today I ordered a ( eBay £35 ) new air driven pop riveter as my damaged hands & shoulder no longer allow ne to use long handled or plier type riveters.
It arrived this afternoon , oil had leaked out into the carrying case but it's not such a problem .We had a bodykit to rivet on and in practicing on an old car door it was pretty much impossible. Bought a cheap air one and it's like stapling cardboard. Worth it for one job really.
I’ve got the 7x4 version of that, it’s pretty decent and easy enough to throw together. Ours is boringly used for bikes10% off currently. As it the only one I found at 12mm, I thought I might as well buy it now. Intention is as a compressor housing when I bring it home.
