If I had gone for the reMarkeable it would have to be the latest "pro" model but the costs were climbing into eye watering territory and what I really want and need is good note organising and quick "sketch" capability, the Supernote fills that gap well I hope, the reMarkeable thing looks fantastic but it is just far too big I feel and something in my hands that would not survive the workshop.

This is a dedicated note taker/organiser a tablet or ipad isn't, the ,surface is designed to feel lke paper when writing or drawing. You get instant on_the_fly handwriting recognition, notes are organised as notes and there are a lot of features designed for only notes that a tablet just doesn't have, shape recognition in drawing for instance.

I get the note thing - paper. I looked at these electronic things once. They are nice to read a book from.
I started to get into - reporters notebooks - you know the dirt cheap sprial bound things. BIC pen tucked in the spiral bit.
I got one on the go all the while - writing lists - crossing out "to do things".
Previous to this I had a "to do" spreadsheet on the go on a cloud - home PC to work PC - but I like the paper thing beter - don't know why.
Its the start of Dementia I think for me - losing ones short term memory!

No not at all, I looked into this, I spoke with a doctor and what he said makes sense. At this age our heads are crammed with information and what we need to do is get rid of some of the old carp in order to make room for the new rubbish. Please, when you work out how to do that, get back to me. Meanwhile I will make lists.

See if I can save an off-road use only car trialling tyre. Put something through the sidewall a couple of years ago, haven't done any events since due to lack of suitable tyres at a price I'm willing to pay, so we'll see how this goes.
(I have another set of tyres for trials with road sections before anyone gets all antsy about sidewall damage - the problem is they don't comply for the rules for the off-road only events).

We had a bodykit to rivet on and in practicing on an old car door it was pretty much impossible. Bought a cheap air one and it's like stapling cardboard. Worth it for one job really.
It arrived this afternoon , oil had leaked out into the carrying case but it's not such a problem .
I'm really pleased to find it has spare parts included and a range of riveting heads plus two spare stem gripper jaws . For £35 it appears to be a third of the price of a Sealy one that is almost identical .

After getting some very useful help & info from a visit to see @sako243 yesterday regarding solutions he's found while working on his big (very nice) old house..... I've ordered one of these (just in case stock went - often a thing with Vevor I've noted) as part of a slow plan / process going forward on my folks crumbling old farmhouse.
(I think this might also have lots of other uses for accelerating jobs like fence coating - & perhaps also underbody treatment of vehicles???):
