Is that a big catering size tin of tomatoes?
Nope. Those toolboxes are around 25cm wide, if I recall correctly.

I have had it all my life, so don't know what it is like to hear properly, so to me it is "normal".I can imagine how that has affected you. I've lost effective hearing in one ear and it really is a problem even in only slightly noisy environments.
I suppose that I'm going to have to bite the bullet and fork out for some expensive hearing aids that provide cros or bicros channel hearing aids.
Temu , Ali Express or another Chinese
site ?
What did yoiurs cost & for how many please ?
I'm asking as I have about 12 off 2.4x 1m of wriggly fibreglass sheet to remove with three rows of very hard nails in each ridge and 14 sheet of hard fibre with the same nailing situation . removing hopefully in about 12 weeks as I dismantle my rotting former log cabin office .
If I can get them off without using an angle grinder I'll be very happy indeed.
It sounds like there's enough people with issues to maybe have a dedicated thread?I have had it all my life, so don't know what it is like to hear properly, so to me it is "normal".
I hope to be not on your list yet...Saved from the skip: wire brush, rust treatment, coat of paint and varnish:

It could end up way worst than thatNo just "forgot" to share it, bit that hit my leg left a nice saucer plate sized bruise even after gashing and bending ~6mm steel/aluminium
Think there might have been a small crack I didn't notice it was almost perfectly balanced but thankfully it failed just above engine idle so didn't have anymore kinetic energy. One piece hit the clutch assembly before my knee then flew 20m out the shed the other bit flew 10m into the side of a bbq and cabinet in the shed but stopped 2m short of a limited edition ford RS lol.

Side of knee about a week later felt like someone swung a sledge hammer into it at the time though surprisingly didn't hurt, either way fu**ed around and found out so not doing that again despite it working for others hence new solid 12mm disc and reinforcing the sides to contain any future issues which at most might be a blade coming off but that's less than a 1/10th the weight of the exploded disc.
