I had my first one fail just now, the 64mm, I'm guessing its gone through about 7" of steel, and a bunch of wood holes and I've run it too fast on a lot of occasions, will be emailing Bobby Bosch letting him know not impressed with his PRC outsourcing
It has been good, but the fail was cliff like, better I guess, about 20 for a new one, cant complain

£16.50 on Amazon at the moment, the 64mm. I usually use things like that as an excuse to buy the cheapest set on offer, which include that size. That's why I have two containers. I only needed one size, but a set which included it was at a good price at the time.

Yep, exactly that, last time I used it it was fine, trying some 2mm sheet earlier steady and was just smoking even with cutting goo.

Far too many teeth on most holesaws. More amazons, holesaws, knotted wire wheel, milwauknee grinder nut. The other 14mm holesaw was refunded so I got another.. but not wanting to risk if theres bits of the old one still in the hole, ground into a two toothed one.
Teeth survived ok but its only mild.
Smaller chips, and no kerf, but it worked well.
