I got one of the old chain wrenches in the back of the motor still, very seldom used nowadays but handy when you need it.
Years ago I also had a mad one about 5ft long, I got it at a boot fair for a tenner, I saw one in TG Lynes subsequently for £675 or something mad like that, prob plus VAT too.
It came in very handy a few times when welding lengths of pipe in a long trench etc, you could do a weld then spin the whole lot round to do the next bit also in a nice easy downhand fashion with no crawling about. I donated it to a mate in the end when it was unlikely I'd need it again. Useful bits of kit.

When I used to work on industrial dryers as a field service guy they were a godsend, I could carry mine around in my tool box rather than having to scrounge Stillsons off customersThose chain wrenches are damn handy. Some people really struggle to wrap them the right way though which can be quite entertaining to watch.

A cheap dapping block set, for forming domes/hemispheres in thin sheet. It did a surprisingly good job on 1.5mm brass but that's really pushing it.
The punches are great; good sizes, good hardness and nice surface finish. The block is rubbish, there's duplicate hole sizes, huge steps between some sizes and the finish is rather poor on the smaller ones. I may buy a decent block if I find it need one but it's mainly the punches I'm after anyway, so I'm pretty pleased for 30 quid.

A ouple of bargains Old school but great, earlier this week the kit MAP 625 17.5m pole and today a laod floats
