I’m working on my order from DC Iron for our next visit, not got fire lighters in my basket though… Have you tried their paint before?
Would you accept 10?
Asking for myself
Vfd arrived and pretty good quality for Chinese! £65 for 2.2kw, decided to not go for the step up to 380v ones since motor is rated for full power with both voltages and not stepping it up reduces losses.

Also got one of the two mowers for £150, this t1200 will be used as spares for the better condition t1250 and engine for the wood chipper build

Yes, but you'll lose some stepping it up from 240v.Generally, losses are less with higher voltage. Thats why the power transmitting voltages are so high, it keeps the current down.
The difference between the amps at 240/380 is 2a on the motor plate so minimal increase for wires taking the load being they're already ~3x the amp draw, just seems pointless stepping up the volts rather than leaving as 240 in/out less steps in the process.Generally, losses are less with higher voltage. I was given one of those little drill presses recently, works fine for modest drilling jobs and is nicely 'portable' , the only snag is the stoopid push button switching trips out at the slightest excuse, you have to keep yer thumb on it to continue drillingFew bits landed here today.

Got these for £1 at a shop @anglewolf knows well.
How much were they?
Loads of access equipment and lifting ropes in this auction if you fancy treating yourself, gonna grab a few ropes myself being static perfect for pulling some fallen trees up the gorge wall for firewood I've got my eye on.Recieved this arb rigging rope today, a very generous arborist sent it for the chainsaw clips that I've been making. Normal price is ~£135 and rated 75kN.

I found on the one I used for a while that the table flexed down under the slightest load, making drilling perpendicular holes slightly challenging. Added a brace to make it much better.I was given one of those little drill presses recently, works fine for modest drilling jobs and is nicely 'portable' , the only snag is the stoopid push button switching trips out at the slightest excuse, you have to keep yer thumb on it to continue drilling
I'll replace it with some kind of very basic on/off switch when I find something suitable
