Over the weekend I finally acquired a 'rail track anvil' which has been on the to do/to get list for quite a while. I gave it a bit of a clean up and later in the week it'll get one end milled (or ground) flat ready for the first job which will be the tank base edges for the RF1000.

As mentioned in another thread, I ordered a digital inclinometer. Well, it has arrived. Seems to work very nicely. The laser function is good and it has unexpected features like being able to measure fall in millimeters per meters or fractions of an inch per foot.

3D print some, even cheaper. There's a set of stl files on Thingiverse.
Lidl had a set of 3 in their decorating special a few weeks back. 99p or 2 items for a quid, I'm not sure even 3d printing would beat that.
I'm not unimpressed but wouldn't wax lyrical about them, to the point I'd like to try some expensive ones to make sure it's my technique and not the tools.
